Project Focus Group
The Project Focus Group (PFG) is a group of diverse stakeholders from the surrounding
community that provides feedback to the Project Management Team (PMT) during the
development of a project design. PFG members are appointed by the Washington County
Commissioner within whose district the project is located and could include residents,
business owners, and local agency representatives.
For the PFG to be successful, each member should be able to convey the interests
of their representative group and to keep their representative group informed of
project proceedings.
PFG members are expected to represent their constituents and to keep them informed
of the project. Representatives of a public agency should have authorization to
be the Agency’s representative on the PFG and can speak on their behalf.

On August 11, 2011, the PFG held its 9th and final focus group meeting. The PFG members were
thanked and recognized for giving a lot of their time and input on the project. If you see these
individuals, please be sure to thank them as well.
